Lifestyle diseases—such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity—are at epidemic levels. These are largely driven by diet, lack of exercise, stress, and environmental factors.

No disease can exist in an alkaline environment. Please understand this. We are living in an epidemic of lifestyle disease.
Diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, hormonal imbalance, sleep, gut health, kidney problem, all those issues can only thrive when the body is acidic. If your body is alkaline, lifestyle diseases cannot exist and grow. Even cancer is caused by inflammation at cellular level.

So if you truly ensure that the environment in your body is alkaline, diseases cannot grow. And I'm going to share with you four simple ways in which you can make your body very, very alkaline. 

1. eat natural, seasonal, plant-based foods that is going to make your body alkaline.
When we have more processed food, packet food, junk foods, animal fats, that is going to make your body acidic in nature.  

2. avoid caffeine. Tea, coffee makes your body very, very acidic and instead try and have jeera water, green tea, cinnamon tea, all those things that will make your body alkaline in nature.

3. avoid taking stress. When you are living in hormones of stress, your body is producing more cortisol and the only job of cortisol is to store more fat, is to create more inflammation, to disturb your gut microbiome and it will make your body very, very acidic. So many people will know is now living in an acidic environment because of hormones of stress with which they are living every single day.

4. to have proper sleep. When we are sleeping, our body is healing. The time at which that we sleep, the quality of sleep is very, very important for our immune system, for our health and it makes your body very alkaline.

So, if you truly want to avoid disease, you have to make your body alkaline.
